Sarah joined Birketts in November 2021 and is a Trainee Legal Executive in the firm’s Construction and Engineering Team undertaking non-contentious work.
Prior to joining Birketts, Sarah spent nine years with a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm as part of their in-house legal team. During her time there, Sarah gained experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating various forms of contract including collateral warranties, letters of reliance, deeds of novation, and has experience with various standard forms of contract such as JCT, NEC, RIBA, ACAI as well as bespoke terms.
Sarah is currently studying with CILEX and will ultimately qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Construction Law.
Sarah is based in our Ipswich office.
