Sophie Allinson

Sophie has a background in commercial property, which began at a regional Norfolk law firm where she gained experience across a wide range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, financing, and new build development work.

In 2022, she moved to a regional law firm where she specialised in residential development work and strategic land management agreements.

Sophie joined Birketts real estate finance team at Birketts in January 2026, where she will be using these skills to advise a wide range of lenders and borrowers on security over residential and commercial development sites.

Sophie is based in our Norwich office.
