Stacey Hammond
Stacey Hammond qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011, specialising in residential property before transitioning to spend twelve years working for one of the UK’s largest independent providers of Self-Invested Personal Pension schemes (SIPP) and Small Self Administered Pension schemes (SSAS).
In this role, she acted as a technical escalation point responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with holding property within a SIPP fund. This experience enabled her to develop the expertise required to advise and act for SIPP and SSAS providers.
Stacey now deals with all aspects of commercial property work, bringing a detailed understanding of the complexities involved when property and pension schemes intersect.
Her specialist areas include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, granting of leases, deeds of variation or surrender, and acquisitions by pension schemes through in specie transfers.
