Stacey Hammond

Stacey joined Birketts in November 2024 as an Associate (Licensed Conveyancer) in the SIPP & SSAS Real Estate Team in our Ipswich office.

Stacey qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011 specialising in Residential Property before transitioning her career to spend twelve years working for one of the UK’s largest independent providers of Self-Invested Personal Pension schemes (SIPP) and Small Self Administered Pension schemes (SSAS).

Here she acted as a technical escalation point and was tasked with identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with owning property via a SIPP fund culminating in having the necessary expertise to advise and act for SIPP and SSAS providers.

She deals with all aspects of commercial property work including:

• Freehold & Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Granting of Leases.
• Deeds of Variation or Surrender.
• Acquisition by pension schemes by way of an in specie transfer.
