Stuart joined Birketts in 1999 as a Trainee Solicitor.
He is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Stuart deals with a wide range of commercial transactions, acting for landlords, tenants, funders and private individuals. In particular, Stuart routinely deals with the sale and purchase of large investment properties, high value leases and acts as a Project Manager on large scale refinancing and other projects.
Having attended the University of East Anglia in Norwich and trained with the firm, Stuart qualified into Birketts’ property department in September 2001.
Stuart is based in our Ipswich office.
