Stuart Wortley

After studying at Nottingham University, Stuart trained with Boodle Hatfield between 1989 and 1991.

Since then, he has specialised in property disputes – primarily at Pinsent Masons (Leeds and London) and, for the last 10 years, at Eversheds Sutherland (Cambridge and London).

Stuart has significant trial experience, having acted in around 25 trials.

Stuart has a particular interest in the use of civil injunctions to restrain trespass and nuisance (including protestors) and has obtained over 65 injunctions of that sort since 2017.
