Taaher is a Solicitor within Birketts’ Commercial and Technology Team and joined Birketts in 2023 after the completion of his training contract at another regional firm.
He has worked on a mixture of commercial and technology related matters including the drafting and/or amending of standard terms of business, supply of goods and services agreements, sponsorship agreements, software licensing agreements, agency agreements, various IT related agreements, data sharing agreements among others.
Taaher is also member of the Transport and Logistics sector group, and he has a particular interest in AI. Taaher is committed to helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape of AI, ensuring they can harness the benefits of this technology while mitigating potential risks.

Prepared and advised on multimillion pound sponsorship agreement for nationally known sports brand.
Advised a global logistics provider on its terms and conditions in connection with the viability of such terms and conditions in light of international treaties in relation to the multi modal carriage of goods.
Conducted commercial due diligence on behalf of a private equity firm on its purchase of a leading marketing agency in a multi million-pound corporate transaction.
Experience & education
Taaher completed is LLB law degree at the University of Lincoln in 2017 and LPC at the University of Law in 2023, achieving a 2:1 and commendation, respectively.
