Tessa Morton is a member of the commercial real estate team and works on a broad range of commercial property matters.
She has experience supporting acquisitions and disposals, leasehold transactions, new build development work and post-completion matters, and is particularly familiar with managing transactions efficiently from instruction through to completion and registration.
Tessa has experience dealing with auction properties, deeds of release and utility easements, alongside wider commercial property work for landlords, tenants, developers and private clients. Her work includes assisting with title issues, transaction documents, reports on title, and the practical steps needed to progress matters smoothly.
Tessa is on track to qualify as a CILEX Lawyer in 2027.
