Thomas Butterworth

Thomas joined the Real Estate Finance Team in March 2024, working on the lender side of transactions.

His day to day involves working with lenders and ensuring all their important requirements are dealt with. Thomas is based in our Norwich office.

Thomas has over five years experience in working in a Residential Conveyancing role and has experience in dealing with Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equities, Remortgages and Help to Buy matters.

He is now studying towards becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Having completed all the exams, he is now in the process of completing the work based learning portfolio.
