Thomas Kraus is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking his third seat in the corporate team.
During his first seat, with the public sector team, he worked on matters involving public procurement, subsidy control and commercial contracts.
Thomas subsequently completed a seat with the banking and finance team, assisting on a range of financing transactions and supporting clients on associated corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to commencing his training contract, Thomas worked as a Paralegal in the private client advisory team, assisting with succession planning and the administration of estates. He is based in our Chelmsford office.
