
William qualified as a Solicitor in January 2025, with over 5 years of experience in commercial and construction matters.
Prior to qualification, William spent 3 years as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor purely involved in construction matters. Before working on construction matters, William lived in Hong Kong and China, supporting as a Paralegal in international commercial matters.
William now joins Birketts’ Construction Team to support general construction matters. William has experience advising and handling noncontentious services, regularly related to procurement strategy, contract drafting, payment notices, change order notices and requests. With additional client support with developing commercial guides and training presentations.
In addition, William has experience supporting contentious construction teams in various disputes, including termination, payment disputes, and damage recovery.
