Our charity administration and clerking services have been put together with your needs in mind, based on our years of experience working with a broad range of charities. The sector is incredibly diverse, but all charities have to deal with a certain amount administration, including keeping accurate records of all trustee decisions and making key filings with the Charity Commission. 

Our flagship service is our range of bespoke packages for Grant Making Charities, providing comprehensive support to allow you to focus solely on the important job of deciding which projects to support and where you can make the most impact with the charity’s income. 

We offer three core packages of administrative support to Grant Making Charities, providing different levels of service covering the most common areas of need for our clients. However, we can also tailor a package specifically for you by taking our standard package and bolting on the additional services you require.

Our Experience

Birketts supports bp Helios Fund with its one-off cost-of-living grant programme 

Birketts’ Charity Administration Team provided management and administration services for the bp Helios Fund’s one-off cost-of-living grant programme between December 2023 and March 2024. The team administered and processed over 6,600 applications for fixed grant awards to support the most vulnerable beneficiaries of the charity during the cost-of-living crisis.
