Led by James Robinson, a specialist with a wealth of experience in the telecoms field, the team acts for a whole range of clients across England and Wales including local authorities, housing associations, commercial property owners, universities and developers. . The work covers all aspects of property related telecoms advice, both transactional and contentious. Mast evictions and lease agreements are key areas of specialism.

James sits on the newly formed user group for specialist practitioners to assist the HM Courts and Services Upper Tribunal in formulating best practice.

The team’s work involves:

• arranging the removal of mast sites across the country to facilitate redevelopment
• advising on the validity of break notices relating to decommissioning of mast sites through network consolidation and site sharing arrangements
• dealing with lease and wayleave agreements;
• advising on Upper Tribunal Land Chamber cases pursuant to the Electronic Communications Code

The team work closely with other specialist surveyors to provide a complete advisory service.
