Our Housebuilders Team provides specialist advice to clients at every stage of the housebuilding cycle.
In the past 12 months, we expanded our Housebuilders Team significantly with a number of senior lateral hires.
In 2023, we welcomed Gavin Smith, Associate (Chartered Legal Executive) to the Team. Gavin has 16 years’ experience working inhouse for national housebuilder Vistry Group/Country Partnerships and an additional 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
Paul Skelton, Legal Director, also joined us in 2023. Paul has over 24 years’ experience of dealing with property, specialising in development site acquisitions and social housing for the last 18 years.
We then welcomed Nicola Morris, Legal Director, to our Housebuilders South East Team. Nicola, who is based in our Sevenoaks office, knows the South East market extremely well, having joined us from Rydon Homes where she was previously Head of Legal.
Early in 2024, we were joined by Partner Nicola Curle, who has a wealth of experience in residential development work in the East of England.
Our Housebuilders Team forms part of our UK Commercial Real Estate Team which has 30+ Partners and 250+ supporting Lawyers. We are committed to expanding our UK coverage, and in March 2024 we will be headline sponsors of the Kent Housing Conference.
