Amy Tinsley

Amy initially joined Birketts as a Legal Secretary in the Corporate Team in 2018, and went on to become a Paralegal in the Employment Team.
Prior to joining Birketts Amy worked within property law, after graduating with a 2:1 in her law degree from the University of Kent. She is now a Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and qualifies as a Chartered Legal Executive in March 2024. Amy is also now undertaking the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship to cross qualify as a solicitor.
She works in our Employment Team assisting five lawyers, as well as the wider team, in providing employment advice to employers and employees in all aspects of employment law. Amy is primarily responsible for preparing documentation for hearings, including regulatory and professional conduct hearings.
Amy is based in our Cambridge office.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys baking, undertaking DIY projects and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
