The Birketts team was led by James Allen (Partner, Corporate) and was supported by Alice Wooler (Senior Associate, Corporate), Macauley Alsford-White (Associate, Corporate), Harry Close (Solicitor, Corporate), Nick Tillman (Associate, Commercial Real Estate), Josie Beal (Senior Associate, Employment), Amy Tinsley (Graduate Solicitor Apprentice, Employment), Tom Berisford (Partner, Banking & Finance), Maisie Lee (Solicitor, Banking & Finance), and Hannah Findlay (Trainee Solicitor, Banking & Finance).
Dean Curran said: “There are many benefits of this acquisition, and formation of the new group, including providing a wider range of manufacturing services, and retaining current third-party services within the group. This is an exciting time for us, and I would like to extend my thanks to the Birketts team who worked professionally and efficiently to get this acquisition completed.”
James Allen added: “Having worked with Dean Curran and the NCA team on their first acquisition of Garner Osborne Circuits Limited in July 2024, it has been a pleasure to work with the team once again to complete this second acquisition. We would like to wish Dean and all at NCA the very best for this next stage and look forward to seeing the business continue its impressive growth.”
