Chrissy has worked in the Property Legal Sector for over 24 years and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2020.

Chrissy has gained a wealth of experience during her working career and since qualifying has been responsible for a busy and diverse caseload including:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• High Value Properties up to £4.5m
• Leasehold sales and purchases (inc Retirement Leases)
• Property refinancing
• Transfers of Equity
• Equity Release Mortgages

Chrissy enjoys building good working relationships with her clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers and taking into account individual circumstances of each matter so that she can deliver a personal and professional service.  She is used to working in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines but still prides herself on giving clear, thorough, support and taking the time to explain any complex issues that may arise or answer any questions. 

Chrissy is based in our Sevenoaks office in our Residential Property department.
