Danielle is an Associate in our Telecommunications Team providing a broad range of advice to landowners across the country on telecoms related property matters.
Our team only acts for landowners, not the mobile phone companies and we have extensive experience in the sector.
Danielle regularly advises on matters such as:
- Code rights;
- New leases and lease renewals;
- Evictions of phone masts;
- Wayleave agreements;
She receives frequent praise from clients who appreciate the attention to detail and high client service standards which Danielle demonstrates in her work. She has represented clients in the County Court and Tribunal and is an accomplished Solicitor. She is excellent at keeping clients informed of the latest developments in each case as the matter progresses.
As well as telecoms work, Danielle is also part of our wider Property Litigation Team, advising on a broad range of property-related issues and disputes.
Danielle regularly advises on matters such as:
- Residential and commercial landlord and tenant including lease renewals and evictions;
- Boundary disputes;
- Adverse possession and acquisition of implied rights;
- Restrictive covenants.
Danielle is a key member of both the telecoms team and wider property litigation team, and is equally well suited to dealing with cases as part of a larger team effort or handling her own caseload.
She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019.
