Elaheh is an Associate in the Property Litigation Department. She qualified as a Solicitor in July 2020, following the successful completion of her training contract at a local firm in Ipswich. During her training contract, Elaheh gained experience in Residential Property Conveyancing, General Litigation, Family Law and Private Client matters. After her training contract, Elaheh developed her interest in property litigation work.

Elaheh has experience in advising private and commercial clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious property matters, including:

  • Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (‘TOLATA’) claims and co-ownership disputes.
  • Claims involving proprietary estoppel and constructive trusts.
  • All residential property possession proceedings, including serving notices, advising landlords and agents about regular changes to legislation and procedure and representing landlords in proceeding in the County Court

Elaheh was voted as the Charity and Fundraising Officer during her time at the University of Essex. Elaheh now volunteers with an organisation that predominantly serves the homeless, refugees and orphans through different projects.

Elaheh also currently volunteers as a mentor for individuals looking to enter the legal profession.

Elaheh joined Birketts in September 2021 and is based in the London office. She deals with a variety of property litigation work.

Elaheh graduated from the University of Essex in 2016 with a 2:1 in Law before obtaining a distinction in the LLM in Legal Practice with the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law in London.

Elaheh now volunteers with an organisation that predominantly serves the homeless, refugees and orphans through different projects and in February 2020, completed the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10K run.

Elaheh also currently volunteers as a mentor for individuals looking to enter the legal profession.

In her spare time, Elaheh enjoys travelling, going to the gym and trying out new food spots in London.
