Ieva Grakulskyte

Ieva joined Birketts in November 2022. She is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in our Corporate Team based in our Ipswich office.

Ieva supports the team on a range of corporate transactions including share and asset disposals and acquisitions, group re-organisations and general company law matters.  She also assists the Employee Incentives Team with employee ownership trusts.

Prior to joining Birketts, Ieva graduated from the University of Essex in 2022 with a first-class Law degree. During her degree, Ieva volunteered at the Essex Law Clinic as a Firm Manager, as well as taking the executive role at the Law Society. She remains at Essex studying LLM in International Law.

Outside of the office, Ieva loves to cook and travel as well as going to the gym.
