Lauren is an Associate (Licensed Conveyancer) in the Residential Property Team in Chelmsford. She joined Birketts in October 2022, having previously gained seven years of experience within a busy specialist conveyancing firm. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019.
Lauren works on a range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She also acts for clients using government schemes such as Help to Buy, Right to Buy and Shared Ownership.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, reading, skiing and horse riding.
