Matthew specialises in commercial real estate, specifically high value office leases generally acting for occupiers.
Matthew has specific expertise in advising insurance intermediaries and other companies active in the Lloyd’s insurance market. He has an in-depth knowledge of the City landscape and the agents and developers and occupiers which make it one of the most exciting areas to work in.
He prides himself on protecting his clients and hitting tight deadlines and making sure his clients are fully informed as to the progress of their deals. While most of Matthew’s clients are occupiers taking leases of premises in the City, Matthew also advises his clients on investment acquisitions and disposals and on commercial developments.
Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in December 1995. He is based in our London office.
When not working, Matthew loves sailing his laser sailing dinghy and getting out on his bike.
