Rebecca has worked in general litigation as a Paralegal since September 2014, gaining experience in a wide range of disputes including property damage, public law, personal injury and construction, acting largely for utilities and insurers as well as public sector clients. She is well versed in court procedure in both the County and High Courts, and has experience of disputes within the Technology and Construction Court specifically. During her time as a Paralegal she studied with CILEx and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2021.
Rebecca joined Birketts in January 2022, and now specialises in engineering and construction disputes. She prides herself on logical and clear advice with the end goal in mind, and that clear and logical approach follows through to her drafting of legal documents.
Prior to her career in law, Rebecca obtained a first class honours degree in Psychology from the University of Kent.
