Roger Hoque

Roger qualified as a Solicitor in 2000. He is a Salaried Partner in our Commercial Property Team with over 20 years’ experience in acquisition and disposals, asset management, secured lending and development.

His career highs include selling a multi let office for £30 million, lease management of a shopping centre in Central London, leading a team in the acquisition of a portfolio of 50 retail units and the sale of a supermarket to a high profile operator.

Roger is currently engaged by private developers on options and securing sites with development finance.  He also acts for Registered Providers on development projects and leasing their commercial property portfolios.

Roger is based in our London office.
