Top 100 UK law firm Birketts has advised Norfolk-based Autumn Foods group on the acquisition of Reids of Norwich Limited, which has revenues of more than £30m. 

Birketts advised on all legal matters and Mark Henry, Partner in Birketts’ Corporate Team, led the transaction supported by various other specialists across the firm including Keith Andrews (property) and Karl Pocock (tax).

The acquisition will allow the buyer to further enhance its position as a leading provider of poultry and meat produce to the worldwide wholesale market.
