Trade Mark Attorney Anousha joins Birketts from a leading European IP specialist firm based in London. She has experience working with a number of high profile brands spanning across the entertainment, fashion, FMCG, professional service and hospitality sectors both in the UK and internationally and advises clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters involving trade marks, passing off, copyright and design matters.
