Birketts secures international exit for Veterinary Pathology Group

Top 100 law firm Birketts has advised the owners of Veterinary Pathology Group, a network of responsive labs and experienced practitioners across the UK and Ireland with a £10m annual turnover, on its sale to Synlab for an undisclosed sum.
SYNLAB Group is an international medical diagnostics provider with laboratory services for human and veterinary medicine as well as environmental analysis.
Birketts advised on all legal matters with Adrian Seagers leading the team. Assistance on the deal was provided by Corinne Spencer and Nick Burt.
