Nicola Curle joins Birketts’ Norwich Housebuilder Team

Birketts is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicola Curle as a Partner in its Norwich Housebuilder Team.
Nicola joins Birketts from a regional firm and brings with her a wealth of experience in residential development work.
On joining the firm, Nicola said: “Birketts’ Commercial Property Department is extensive and their focus on sector specialisms – in particular housebuilding – was a huge attraction to me. I’m very much looking forward to working with the team here in Norwich, and across the wider firm, to provide next level advice to our clients.”

Nicola’s arrival increases the number of Partners in the Norwich Commercial Property Department to seven. The Partners are split across four teams: Housebuilder (residential development and plot sales), Real Estate Investment (led by Cameron Barlow), Real Estate Finance (led by Elizabeth Lee) and Commercial Property & Strategic Land (led by Bhargav Trivedi).
