Emily Turner

Emily joined the firm in November 2021 as a Conveyancing Executive.
Prior to joining Birketts, she graduated from the University of Essex and entered the profession as a Legal Secretary supporting a conveyancing department in a variety of matters and soon accepted the firms offer to begin training as a licensed conveyancer.
During this time, she has been responsible for a diverse caseload including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, advising on auction legal packs, transfer of equity, remortgages, first registrations, assents and deed of easements. She is used to a busy environment and tight deadlines.
She has enjoyed supporting senior members of staff with complex transactions and utilising her research skills to further enhance her knowledge and ensure she is well equipped to deal with the unexpected. She works closely with other departments to ensure matters coincide and operate efficiently.
She is sympathetic to the individual circumstances and needs of her clients and prides herself on delivering a personal and exceptional service. She enjoys taking the time to build relationships with clients, estate agents and mortgage advisors.
Emily is based in our Ipswich office in our Residential Real Estate Team.
