Robert Willoughby

Robert qualified as a Solicitor in October 2008 and joined Birketts in April 2019. He is a Legal Director in our Private Client Advisory Team.
Prior to joining Birketts Robert gained experience in a wide range of private client matters, including drafting wills, estate planning, estate administration, creating and administering trusts, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters. He has also advised attorneys and deputies with regard to their responsibilities. Robert has previously advised a broad range of clients including business owners, high net worth individuals and families were a number of generations have needed advice.
Robert is based in our Cambridge office.
In his spare time Robert has a keen interest in all sports and continues to play cricket and touch rugby. He is a vice president at his local rugby club.
