Eleanor Bullen-Bell

Eleanor joined Birketts in September 2020, and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2022.
Eleanor is based in the Employment Team in our Chelmsford office. Eleanor assists the team on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues for both employers and employees including employment contracts, settlement agreements, managing sickness absence, employment tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues and redundancy.
Prior to joining Birketts, Eleanor graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First Class degree in Law. Eleanor then achieved Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.
Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys fundraising and volunteering. In August 2022, Eleanor summited Mount Kilimanjaro with a group of friends in aid of Huntington’s Disease Association and they collectively raised over £16,000.
Eleanor also enjoys socialising with friends and family, staying active and attending music events.
