Natasha Senior

Natasha qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014 and joined Birketts in 2017. She is a Senior Associate in our Wills Team in our Private Client Advisory division. Natasha is based in our Chelmsford office.
Natasha has experience advising on a wide range of private client matters, with a focus on UK succession and tax planning for individuals. Natasha also has experience advising in relation to and preparing Wills, Trusts (and associated Deeds and documents), Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.
Natasha is also able to advise and assist in relation to Probate Applications and Estate Administration matters, including in relation to post death variations.
Natasha regularly works together with colleagues from other teams within the firm (such as our family, property, corporate, tax and agricultural teams) where appropriate to ensure that clients receive a full service.
Natasha understands that it is important to get to know clients and to take time to understand them, their families and their businesses as a whole in order to be able to provide tailored advice to them and to meet their specific needs and objectives.
Natasha is an Associate member of STEP.
Natasha studied locally. She graduated from Essex University in 2010, where she completed a degree in Law, before completing the Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University, where she achieved a distinction.
Natasha trained and subsequently worked at Top 200 UK law firms in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire before joining Birketts.
Natasha is an Associate member of STEP.
