Jordan qualified as a Solicitor and joined the SIPPs Team in March 2021, and has over 7 years’ experience in property law.

Jordan obtained his Law Degree from the University of Chester, achieving First-Class Honours, before moving on to achieve a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP Cambridge.

He joined Birketts in 2015 as a Paralegal in our Commercial Property Team, specialising in the utilities sector. Jordan’s core practice involved transactions relating to gas, electricity, fibre and water infrastructure for residential and commercial developments. This included negotiating complex multi-party documents that were crucial to the progression of large development sites across the country.

Jordan began his training contract at Birketts in September 2019, undertaking seats in the Corporate Team, SIPPs Team and Construction Team, before returning to our SIPPs Team to qualify in 2021. During his time in the SIPPs Team, Jordan has advised numerous clients including pension funds, individuals and companies on a variety of commercial property matters and regularly deals with all aspects of commercial property work in the area of pension funds (SIPP/SSAS).

Jordan boasts an advantageous variety of commercial property experience that allows him to provide clear, concise and practical advice to clients to help achieve their goals in an efficient manner.

Jordan is based in our Ipswich office.

Jordan graduated from the University of Chester with a first class degree in law, achieving a reward from the Oxford University Press for ‘Outstanding Achievement’. He then went on to achieve a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP University of Cambridge, including electives in Advanced Commercial Property, Employment and Private Acquisitions.

Prior to his legal career, Jordan was heavily involved in kickboxing and reached a ranking of 6th in Britain. Jordan now, as a change of pace, enjoys playing golf in his free time.
