Katy Moss

Katy joined Birketts in June 2018 having qualified with a local firm in April 2016. She is a Senior Associate in our Agricultural Team based in Ipswich.
Katy undertakes a wide range of work acting for farmers, landowners, agricultural tenants and lenders. Her work often includes rural property acquisitions and disposals; agricultural tenancies and more complex transactions such as overage and option agreements. Katy also assists with general estate management such as grant of easements and registrations.
Katy works as part of the Agricultural Banking Team, acting for both borrowers and lenders in connection with secured lending. She also assists the commercial SIPP Team where there is an agricultural involvement.
Katy is on maternity leave.

Outside of work, Katy has a keen interest in horse riding and shooting.
