Associate (Licensed Conveyancer)

Experience

Kim qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2004, within a local legal 500 law firm. Having initially gained experience working in regulatory and commercial environments Kim is now an Associate dealing exclusively with residential real estate. 

Kim acts on the full spectrum of residential real estate work for private clients, companies, developers and banks. She specialises in dealing with site acquisitions and set up together with the final disposal of new build units for an expanding number of developer clients. Kim also acts on portfolio acquisitions, adverse possession applications and easements. Kim enjoys working directly with her clients and has a focus on making the transaction as efficient and personable for her clients as possible.

A recent example of a typical transaction for Kim was the investigation of a complex title, registered and unregistered title where the site was found to be affected to overriding easements and mooring rights.  

Kim is based in our Ipswich office, but is able to travel between offices to suit her clients’ needs and can also often be found out and about on site visits

Other Information

In her spare time Kim enjoys taking part in team sports, spending time with her family and friends.  Kim enjoys vising art galleries, eating and laughing.
