Naomi joined Birketts in June 2021 as a Paralegal in the Employment Team, becoming a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021. As well as Employment, she gained experience in SIPP & SSAS Commercial Property, Shipping & International Trade, Regulatory & Corporate Defence, and Corporate Tax. She qualified as a Solicitor into the Employment Team in September 2023.
Naomi assists on a range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters, including redundancy processes, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and Employment Tribunal claims, with a specific focus on supporting clients in the Education and Charities sectors.
Outside of work Naomi enjoys music, she plays the flute and the guitar.
