Hannah is an Enfranchisement Paralegal within our Residential Property Team. She has been working in property law for over two years and has chosen leasehold enfranchisement as her area of specialism.

Since joining Birketts in November 2018, Hannah acts for landlords and tenants. She advises on and helps her clients navigate through the complexities of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.

Hannah enjoys the challenge that comes along with her area of specialism and takes pride in the outcomes she achieves for her clients.
