Naomi Newell



Naomi trained with a local firm and joined Birketts in June 2018. She is an Associate in our Property Litigation Team, based in our Norwich office.

Naomi advises on a wide range of property disputes. Her experience covers both residential and commercial property disputes, including possession and forfeiture claims, rent and service charge arrears, disrepair and dilapidations, boundary and neighbour issues, squatters and adverse possession, covenants and easements, enforcement proceedings, leasehold and freehold issues.

Other Information

Naomi studied law at the University of East Anglia in Norwich and took her Legal Practice Course in Cambridge. Naomi was named ‘Junior Lawyer of the Year’ at the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Excellence Awards in 2017. She was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2016.

Naomi trains as an all-star cheerleader with East Coast Emeralds, where she captains her team. She competes regularly around the UK in national competitions.
