Senior Associate and Head of Enfranchisement


Nicola is a Senior Associate with 14 years’ experience in property law, now specialises in residential property and leasehold enfranchisement.

Nicola advises on all aspects of residential property. She has extensive experience in acting on purchases and sales, transfers of equity, remortgages and lifetime mortgages for clients extending from first time buyers to investment buyers and high net worth individuals.

Nicola’s specialism in leasehold enfranchisement extends to collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord disposals and leasehold houses. She has acted for landlords (including colleges) and tenants in this area of law.

Nicola has experience of acting for Higher Education institutions and individuals in respect of shared equity schemes and loan schemes, from drafting schemes to the day to day transactional matters involved.

Nicola has acted for buyers of new build properties as part of the buying panel appointed by developers.

Nicola is based at our Norwich office.

Other Information

Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Nicola qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She studied at De Montfort University to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Law and later attended The University of Westminster to undertake the Legal Practice Course. She qualified as a Solicitor in October 2014.
