Selina joined Birketts in 2005. She is a Probate Executive in our Private Client Advisory Team.
Selina deals with the administration of estates, wills and estate planning, and all aspects of elderly client law. She has extensive experience in Court of Protection matters including the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Deputyships applications, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising clients in relation to care home funding and NHS Continuity Care issues.
Selina is based at our Norwich office.
