Sophia is experienced in acting for farmers, landowners and agri-businesses in all the complexities of agricultural and residential transactional work together with landlord and tenant matters. 

Sophia specialises in buying and selling agricultural land as well as estates and residential properties, first registrations, re-finances, overage and pre-emption agreements, metal detector licences, auction sales, declarations of trust, stamp duty land tax returns and supporting probate and matrimonial in dealing with properties upon death or divorce. 

Sophia is based in our Norwich office.

Other Information

Sophia studied at the University of Bristol before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (LPC) in Oxford. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2010.

Beyond work, Sophia takes a keen interest in a number of sports including tennis, lacrosse, rounders, shooting and netball. Sophia is also a member of the Norfolk Committee for the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust having been a former Chairman.
