UK Top 50 law firm Birketts has advised Granarolo UK Limited on its latest UK acquisition of West Horsley Dairy Limited, further strengthening the company’s distribution network in the region.
West Horsley Dairy, established in Surrey, has grown into a leading supplier of chilled dairy and food products to restaurants, hotels, retailers, and foodservice providers across the South East. Known for its reliable distribution network and strong customer relationships, the company has built a reputation for quality and service, making it a valuable addition to Granarolo’s UK operations.
Birketts advised on all legal aspects of the transaction and managed the process through to a successful completion.
