Amanda Early is a Partner at Birketts LLP, specialising in commercial property in our Chelmsford office.
She advises a broad range of clients, including developers, investors and occupiers, on complex real estate transactions across investment and asset management. Amanda has particular expertise in the warehousing and logistics sector, where she supports clients in acquiring, leasing and managing strategically important assets. Known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach, she works closely with clients to ensure legal strategies are aligned with their wider business objectives.
Amanda’s practice covers acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and the negotiation of agreements for lease. She also has experience supporting real estate finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders where required. Her work in the warehousing sector includes advising on large-scale distribution centres and logistics hubs, giving her a strong understanding of the operational and commercial drivers shaping the market.
