Amanda joined Birketts as a Trainee in 2008 and now leads our Chelmsford Commercial Real Estate Team.
Amanda has wide-ranging expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate work. Amanda provides strategic real estate advice on high value acquisitions and disposals as well as all aspects of transactional landlord and tenant work. Amanda focuses on acting for commercial tenants, managing landlord portfolios and advising property investors.
Amanda has particular expertise in the Warehousing and Logistics sector having worked for both the end users requiring a diverse range of storage solutions from aircraft parts to coffee beans, as well as acting for developers of warehousing space.
Amanda acts on behalf of both banks and borrowers and advises on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions supporting both our corporate and banking teams.
