We are able to provide HR services in specific areas to assist clients mainly in respect of matters that fall outside the ambit of employment law, but which constitute advice on HR practice.
Our Employment Team has expertise in interview procedure, performance management and managing sickness absence. It is crucial to have access to expert advice on how to maintain best practice in such difficult areas.
Our aim is to provide a professional, cost effective and commercially focused approach which is relevant to the client’s needs. We are committed to providing prompt delivery and innovative and practical HR solutions in a clear and pragmatic way.
We are also happy to advise on the importance and detail of appraisal procedures and the need to demonstrate and illustrate a career path for ambitious employees in a thriving workforce.
One way we work with our clients to provide such services is to offer in-house, bespoke training to Managers, Directors and/or staff. Another way is to set up a helpline directly between us and your HR department or HR Manager. Otherwise we are able to advise directly at meetings, over the telephone or via email or written correspondence.
