Catherine is a Human Resources specialist with over 30 years’ experience. She is a HR Consultant in our Employment Team.
Catherine has worked in London and Luxembourg for major finance institutions and since returning to Norfolk has worked as a HR Director in Social Housing and Oil and Gas.
In these roles, she developed the HR functions in order to support the evolution and growth of the businesses. Catherine has been involved in all aspects of Human Resources with skills and expertise across a full range of people focused areas including developing and implementing HR strategy, leadership development, coaching, ED&I, culture change and transformation.
