The particular individuals I work with (Josie Beal and Abigail Trencher) are always very receptive to our needs. If I am looking for urgent advice, I am confident that they will find time to facilitate a phone call, respond to an email or find someone who can help me immediately. They go out of their way to make the working relationship an enjoyable one and it is genuinely nice to speak to someone who you feel intrinsically knows and understands your values rather than a general voice at the end of a telephone line.
