Adam joined Birketts in June 2014 having qualified in June 2006.
He is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team. His experience is both from the City and more recently locally in Ipswich.
Adam has a range of clients from landlords, tenants, investors and developers. He advises on acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, refinancing and restructuring. Adam also deals with strategic land acquisitions for developers, advising clients on option agreements and agreements for sale and purchase conditional on planning permission.
Adam studied for his undergraduate degree in Law at Anglia Ruskin University, and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The College of Law (Guildford).
