Alex Price joined Birketts in 2021 and is an Associate in the Corporate Team.
Alex specialises in corporate law and focuses predominantly on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity transactions and general company law matters. Alex’s experience of transactions covers both cross-border and UK deals. This extends to advising owner-managers and large corporates.
Alex’s transactional experience has covered various sections, in particular transport and logistics, hard and soft facilities management, technology and construction.
Alex is based at our Chelmsford Office.
