
Alice is a Legal Director in our Property Litigation Department and leads the firm’s highly regarded private residential housing practice.
Alice has a wealth of experience in advising parties in respect of residential housing disputes as well as dealing with the non-contentious aspects of occupational agreements such as drafting and advising on agreements and obligations. She speaks and writes regularly on the latest developments in Housing Law and is the firms’ “go to” person for any work relating to the private rental market. She has provided training to clients and agents on a variety of topics, such as Assured Shorthold Tenancies and possessions.
Alice’s expertise also includes a broad array of commercial landlord and tenant and real property work. She has extensive experience in boundary disputes and rights of way disputes.

Assisted tenant in successful claiming compensation against a landlord and its agent for failing to deal with the tenancy deposit correctly.
Successful regained possession for a landlord from a problematic tenant and successfully defended the tenant’s disrepair claim.
Defended landlord in a rent repayment order claim.
