Angharad Smith

Angharad joined Birketts from a well-regarded estate agency in Essex in November 2015. She is an experienced Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Real Estate Team based in our Chelmsford office.

Angharad particularly enjoys business development and plays an active role in the growth of the local residential property practice. Angharad works with clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers to help those wishing to purchase or sell a home, whether that be a first-time purchase or adding to a property portfolio.

Angharad brings unique insight and understanding to the need for transactions to proceed quickly and proficiently to minimise the risk of a chain collapsing. For that reason, she is focused on efficiencies of process and does not underestimate the value of working together with estate agents and mortgage brokers within a chain.
