Bethany is a Solicitor in the firm’s specialist SIPPs and SSASs team. She joined Birketts in March 2022. She is located in the Ipswich office.
Prior to joining Birketts, Bethany worked at one of the country’s leading SIPP/SSAS providers. Here, she developed knowledge covering a wide range of commercial property investment and was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of commercial property within the company portfolio. This included the review and interpretation of a variety of legal documentation including contracts, transfers, leases and various other agreements. This developed her knowledge on niche SIPP legal requirements and how this applies to commercial property.
Bethany frequently acts for the UK’s leading SIPP providers dealing with all aspects of commercial real estate including investment properties and general asset management.
